Two Mountain Winery

I’ve spent the past two days at a work related conference/ retreat. It’s the Tree Top Human Resources/ Operations Conference. This is the first year I’ve been part of the operations groups due to retirements and reorganizations within the company. Tree Top also acquired a new company this past year and it was our chance to meet the Sabroso staff. I wasn’t sure (and am still not sure) just what I think of the changes, but it was interesting to have a few days “off site’. We spent the past few days at Yakima downtown hotel’s conference rooms. Breakfast at 7 am followed by a full day of presentations and discussions. Yesterday the meeting ended with a dinner at a lower valley winery. We boarded a bus to go to Two Mountain Winery. I’d like to say that “you’ve probably noticed this place in your Sunset magazines’. But you probably don’t read Sunset magazine, so I’ll just have to add that it’s been featured in several articles. The vineyard dogs greeted us and made us feel right at home. We had a catered dinner that was very enjoyable, participated in a wine tasting, and overall had more fun than I expected. Two thumbs up to Two Mountain Winery. Oh – the two mountains refer to Mt. Adams and Mt. Rainier, volcanic peaks both visible from the winery.

I especially enjoyed the resident dogs….
