12 Brix

Me?  I’m immersed in fruit juice production for my employment at a large apple juice manufacturer, sometimes quite literally, but usually figuratively. 12 Brix is the percent sugar (all natural, of course) in apple juice…..thus my web page name. Sweet, but not cloying.  That doesn’t necessarily describe me, just the juice I make. The wine I make isn’t as sweet, but has much different charms.
